General Information

All levels welcome!


All students are required to register prior to the beginning of class.

Yoga is practiced barefoot so please bring with you a yoga mat and a thick blanket or beach towel. Wear comfortable loose clothing and if you wish, a change of clothing.

Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach or 2- 3 hours after a light meal.

Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.

If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions,or injuries, it is your responsibility to share with your instructor prior to class.


All mobile phones and beepers must be turned off.


Practice loving kindness and patience towards yourself and others. Most importantly, have fun!

Lastly, Be a yogi, please be on time.
